Congratulations! You have found the soon to be most complete guide to renting in the Sioux Falls and surrounding areas. We are pleased to announce that it is currently FREE to list your basic property ad with your contact info on our site with no credit card required!
Being a property owner myself I noticed that the ads on the larger nationwide sites were not as effective as I think they should be. Most are littered with ads for other services that aren't even in South Dakota, and charging fees that seem outrageous to me. Worse yet some even showed ads for 3rd party management companies alongside your ad potentially redirecting your leads to competitors! Not to mention all the extra spam emails. Thus the launch of this site. We are locally owned and operated.
We currently offer rental listings for Sioux Falls Apartments, Houses and Homes for rent, Condo's, Townhouses, For Sale By Owner (FSBO's), and Storage Units. We do also by request create dedicated property websites to feature Apartments and Homes (www.yourselecteddomainname.com)
Some Benefits of our listings:
- Pictures: You will notice that our pictures are larger than most you find online. (Does anyone really get excited and want to drive and see a property from a 1" by 1" photo?)
- Contact Info: Your relevent contact info is listed. Not 3rd party nationwide leasing companies. (Unless you prefer)
- Style: More tastefully presented than other sites.
- Content: Describe the property as you would like. Use as much, or as little space as you would like.
- Maps: We include a Google Map with every listing so your prospective tenants know where to find you.
- Craigslist Support: With our premium listings we include support for reposting your ad on Craigslist. Our site will automatically generate html code that you can paste into your Craigslist ad to make your listing look more attractive.
- Open House Flyers:We include support to make attractive open house flyers on our premium ads.

1.) Create an account by clicking by clicking the register button below for your free account.
(If you have an account already simply use the logon box to the right to login)
2.) Logon to the site and click on property search and my EZ Panel.
